Shelly is the Emergency Shelter Program Manager with more than eight years of experience in human services, including five years working with transitional-age youth (ages 18–24) and three years supporting survivors and families through emergency shelter & permanent supportive housing services.

Shelly’s commitment to this work is rooted in both professional experience and a deep understanding of the challenges many individuals face. She is passionate about providing trauma-informed support, fostering resilience, and creating safe, empowering environments where people can build stability and move toward their goals. Shelly believes in leading with compassion, accountability, and a genuine commitment to helping others thrive.
