Beatriz Vazquez

Beatriz joined La Casa de las Madres in June 2019 as our Community Programs Manager and currently serves as Director of Housing Programs.  She brings extensive experience in housing and homelessness services from both the nonprofit and private sectors.  Beatriz leads a diverse direct service team that provides expert intervention and advocacy to survivors of domestic and intimate partner violence. 

In addition to completing required and state mandated specialized domestic violence counselor training, Beatriz has participated in targeted trainings focused on identifying and addressing Human Trafficking. She holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Benerd College at the University of the Pacific and is deeply committed to advancing survivor-centered, trauma-informed housing solutions and services.
